One year ago a 7.0 magnitude earthquake devastated the island of Haiti leaving two million people homeless and killing 250,000. World Vision Spokesman Casey Calamusa has been in the country numerous times in the past year and can give us a perspective on how things are going for the Haitian people.
Also this morning of New Day with Neil Stavem, we heard from Tom Kim, executive director of Churches Helping Churches about the work to rebuild churches and restore people’s lives in Haiti — and the ongoing revival that’s happened after the earthquake.
And Be listening to Connecting Faith tomorrow at noon for more coverage, as we hear from Compassion International’s Wes Stafford about the past year.
